About St. Paul's Center
Formerly St. Paul's Lutheran Early Childhood Center, now reimagined as a community center for all of Council Bluffs.
Our Story
St. Paul's Lutheran Church has been a cornerstone of faith and service in Council Bluffs for generations. Our Early Childhood Center has long served local families, but we saw an opportunity to do even more.
Today, St. Paul's Center has expanded its mission, partnering with a professional artist, a dedicated local student, and an emerging music educator to offer programs that serve the whole community. From toddlers to adults, there's something here for everyone.
Whether you're enrolling your child in preschool, taking your first art class, or learning to play music for the first time, you belong here.

Local Impact
We partner with local artists, educators, and leaders to keep resources in our community.
Rooted in St. Paul's Lutheran Church
The Center is an extension of St. Paul's Lutheran Church's ministry to the Council Bluffs community. Our faith is the foundation of everything we do.
